I am ill.

I don’t have tonsillitis, I have a chest infection. I have no voice, a bad cough, a streaming cold and I look like shit.

I hate being ill. I haven’t been off sick for over a year! I went in today after my doctors appointment, I lasted just over 4 hours before I was sent home. I don’t think I’ll be in tomorrow. I’ll be here, at home, feeling sorry for myself.
