Those of you that read my old blog and have been with me since the early days, know that I have a tattoo on my lower back. It’s the celtic symbol for Hope.
The thing is with tattoos, you can never stop at just one. The time has come where I’m getting itchy feet and I want another one. Only thing is, I don’t know where and I don’t know what.
Does anyone have any suggestions??

I would love to help, but I don’t have any tattoos and have yet to decide where and of what I would get myself. My friend put her second tattoo around her hip area. They were bubbles. It’s pretty cute.
OOO! Shirley and I are talking about getting tattoos for our 40th next year! I’ll have to keep checking to see what you get for suggestions. Watch Miami Ink to get some ideas!

I have no suggestions since I’m in the same boat. I’ve wanted a tatoo forever but don’t know where or what. Actually that’s not true. I want it on the top of my foot, but I dont’ know of what yet.
And I also have a friend that watches miami ink and says I have to watch for ideas. So maybe that’s our link to finding the perfect what.
I would be scared to get a one since my weight goes up and down a lot. Something cute today…could be all sunken in or expanded next quarter!
Oooo Girl! You know I’m itchin’ for another one too. I have mine on my shoulder, as you know. It seems to be a “no-sag” area, so when I’m 80 the pheonix and butterfly should still look good.
If you get another one, take your time. Google tattoo artists in your area and look through all of their art portfolios. Get something that means alot to you.
I’ve been thinking about my next one. I might get 3 coy fish 2 big and 1 little to represent my family. Two will have brown eyes and one will have blue eyes, with the two big ones looking at the little one. Maybe with some waves around them. I think that I would put that on my other shoulder.
I watch Miami Ink too. You do get inspired.
I dont know if you have gotten you next tattoo or not yet
but i have three tattoo and im planning on getting more for me it means something to me even if others dont get it. search for things that you like on google. I wanted a star so i looked for some on google.
or you could go with a word kind of like hope in celtic but maybe in another language i got hope put on my right wrist in russian b/c im part russian. I have a broken heart to remind me that though i have had heart ache i will recover.
so if it means something to you or if its just something you think is pretty go for it.
hey i have exactly the same design as you and learnt that it was the celtic sign for hope, i put it on my ankle though. do u know where u found the info for it though? ever since ive been trying to make sure it actually means something.
